Should Webrings About Webrings Be Closed for the New P - 02/26/2006
I think "WebRings about WebRings" and "RingMaster" rings should be excempt from such policies depending, of course, on the individual policies of such rings. MonaLS

Of course. that would make complete sense.

It was also suggested that RMs place a generic site in a ring because they must have one in order to adopt it. Very true. That's the whole problem. Unless the RM has a site that pertains to the ring they shouldn't have a site in it just because they need one. The answer? Let them adopt without having a site in the Ring. That makes sense provided the manager doesn't already have hundreds of Rings. 4 or 5 and then sure, that makes sense. But if they have just 4 or 5 they probably are looking at Rings they are TRULY interested in and probably either have a site about or should build one.
