Hi there - Can someone please check to see if a support ticket has been received from my ID. I have placed several now and I have no idea if it's working or not as I'm not getting any kind of response. No confirmation e-mail has arrived on any occasion at this time.
I e-mailed Gary three times for the same purpose but never heard back, perhaps he never got the e-mails, I have no idea.
I just want to make sure I'm not just talking to myself due to non-functioning services. Not a criticism, just pointing out that I seem to be getting no where fast. HELP :)
