Malevolent Design, simply put, is the secondary negative quality that one should see if one first sees intelligence. If there be a master designer then one should be able to gauge how it feels about its creations by the interaction between them. Their various body parts should spell out its intentions. What we see in nature becomes a moral issue. It goes far beyond this, though.
