Authors: Do you have a book proposal? Are you frustrated by trying to find a literary agent or publisher? Want to break the boundaries and post your proposal on the Internet? You may notice I'm allowing sites into the ring that are promoting books already published. While that was not my initial intention, I think it can do no harm and perhaps the published works are in themselves proposals for larger publishing houses to see.
