The Parent Education Ring is a gathering of web sites that have a common purpose of providing information and resources for parents and professionals who work with them. Prospective sites do not have to pass any philosophical litmus test to qualify for acceptance into The Parent Education Ring. As long as the site adheres to the common purpose and meets minimum standards for appearance and content, it will be included.
example: Who Are You? An Adoptee's Quest for Rights - Did you know it is illegal for adoptees, who are now adults, to have unrestricted access to their original birth certificates in all but 5 states (New Hampshire, Alaska, Alabama, Oregon and Kansas) in the USA? Entertainer and Florida Adoptee, Ray Buffer shares his personal story of search and reunion despite the laws that restricted him.
